Press the B control to switch the Grain Field into Bands Mode and sculpt individual frequency bands directly. Use Random Bands to generate new spectral shapes, then right-click individual bands to lock the frequencies you want to keep. Trigger Random Bands again and locked bands stay in place while the rest continue to evolve.
