Data We Collect

• Email addresses submitted through the Spectra Gran waitlist, free download forms, purchase support or contact requests.
• Names, if voluntarily provided in forms, emails or support requests.
• Purchase and support information needed to deliver or recover a paid product, including PayPal transaction IDs if you provide them for verification.
• Messages sent directly to X-Audio email addresses.
• Technical server log data processed by the website host, such as IP address, requested page, date and time, browser/user agent and referrer where available.

Purpose

We process personal data to operate the website, deliver requested downloads and paid digital products, send customer emails, respond to support requests, verify purchases, prevent misuse and send newsletter or product updates where you have requested them.

Legal Basis

• Contract fulfillment: processing needed to provide paid products, downloads, purchase support and customer communication.
• Legal obligations: processing needed for accounting, tax and business record requirements.
• Legitimate interest: website security, server logs, support handling, fraud prevention and basic business communication.

Payment Provider

Payments for Spectral Saturator are processed through PayPal. When you pay through PayPal, PayPal processes payment data under its own responsibility. X-Audio receives the information needed to confirm the purchase, provide support and keep business records.

Email And Customer Communication

X-Audio uses MailerLite for newsletter, download and customer email communication. This may include email addresses, names if provided, customer group/status information and email delivery data needed to send requested messages.

Storage

Personal data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including support, product delivery, accounting, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, unless legal obligations require longer storage.

Sharing

Data is not sold. Data may be processed by service providers used for website hosting, email delivery, payment processing and business communication, only as needed for the purposes described in this policy.
