These terms apply to xaudio.store, X-Audio downloads and paid digital audio software products.

Website Use
xaudio.store provides information about X-Audio audio plugins, free downloads, customer support and paid digital products. Please use the website and downloads only in a lawful way and do not attempt to bypass purchase, delivery or security flows.
Paid Digital Product
Spectral Saturator is a paid digital audio software product. The launch price is €49. The current version is delivered digitally and no physical product is shipped.
Compatibility
Spectral Saturator v1.4.1 is currently available for macOS only and includes AU, VST3 and Standalone builds. A Windows version is planned for a future release, but Windows is not included in the current purchase. Customers should check compatibility before purchasing.
Delivery
Paid products are delivered digitally through checkout email, download email or support recovery after purchase verification. If a download email does not arrive, contact hello@xaudio.store with your purchase email and PayPal transaction ID so access can be checked and resent where appropriate.
License
Unless otherwise stated, a paid plugin purchase grants one purchaser license for the buyer to use the software in personal and commercial music production. Redistribution, resale, sharing, uploading, repackaging or otherwise making plugin files, installers, ZIP packages or documentation available to others is not permitted.
Free Downloads
Free plugins such as Harmonic Seed may be delivered through an email download gate. Redistribution, resale or unauthorized sharing of free plugin packages is not permitted unless explicitly allowed.
Updates
Updates may be provided at X-Audio's discretion. A purchase does not guarantee every future major version, platform, format or feature unless this is expressly stated for the product.
Refunds And Cancellation
Spectral Saturator is a digital product. Refund requests are handled case by case. There are no automatic refunds after digital delivery or download access has been provided. If you experience a technical issue, contact support first with your purchase email, PayPal transaction ID, macOS version, DAW/host and a description of the problem. If a verified technical issue cannot reasonably be resolved, support or a refund can be considered. Compatibility requirements, including macOS-only availability and supported plugin formats, are stated before purchase.
Support
Support inquiries can be sent to hello@xaudio.store. For purchase or download recovery, include your PayPal transaction ID and purchase email. For technical support, include your macOS version, host/DAW, plugin format and a clear description of the issue.
Software Limitation
The plugin is provided as audio software. X-Audio does not guarantee that it fits every workflow, host, system configuration or production environment. Customers are responsible for checking the stated compatibility requirements before purchase. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
